Hello @tindtrelle,
A 403 forbidden error is usually your website’s way of stating that you don’t have enough permissions to proceed further.
This error can be due to:
– Incorrect file or folder permissions
– Incorrect settings in the .htaccess fileIt looks like your site is hosted with Peer 1 Network with the nameservers pointed to WordPress.com. You’ll want to reach out to your host for help resolving this error.
I’ve gone ahead and also tagged your post with ‘modlook’ in the event staff can help further.
Best of luck!

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on our servers, so there’s nothing we can do here.
Please contact your hosting provider, or else you can also try the self-hosted WordPress forums for help troubleshooting this:

Hey guys,
Thank you for your response, but thing is that my customer did not paid any hosting, is there any way how we can check where it is hosted?
Because as we know it must be hosted on wordpress servers.Greetings

Hello @tindtrelle,
According to Security Trails, your host is Peer 1 Network, not WordPress.com. The domain’s nameservers are pointed to WordPress.com, but the site itself is not hosted with WordPress.com – which is why you’ll need to reach out to Peer 1 Network. Hopefully that’s more clear. :)
You’ll likely want to connect with your customer about reaching out to Peer 1 Network (also called Cogeco Peer 1) to resolve the 403 error.
I hope this helps!
