[403 Forbidden] Too many login in a network

I am recently teaching students using WordPress so I am using the service. When there are around 35 students logging in together, the website seems to block our login. It is very inconvenient when teaching.

WordPress provides a very intuitive CMS platform, so it would be a pity if we are blocked from access.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

When there are around 35 students logging in together, the website seems to block our login.

Normally multiple login attempts in quick succession, will trigger security features. This is likely to be the case if all of your students are trying to log in at the same time.

Can you confirm the URL of the site they are logging in to?

Once I know the URL, I’ll take a closer look for you. Thanks!

Thanks for responding, in fact, they are creating a WordPress by themselves. As all the computers belong to the same domain, WordPress seems to block some of the computers.

    Hi again,

I’ve spoken to our developers about the problem you are having. I need some additional information from you so I’ve sent an email to the email address on the WordPress.com you are logged in to.

Let me know if you don’t receive it. Thanks!

    Hi robertocruz299560078,

Please start a new thread for your question and it tag with ‘modlook’ for staff attention.

Once you’ve done that we’ll take a look.
