403 Forbiden

Hi I cannot access my account on wordpress.opg and my website too, tried to contact the hosting they said it is a content related issue. Also tried to restore it from cpanel but nothing changed it shows me 403 error and before it was 404 and I have not made any changes actually I have not been working on it for the past few days. Any idea what the problem could be?
