403 page on customization

  When i go onto the theme customization a 403 page comes up and im not sure why

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Absolutely not! You just came to the wrong forum :-) The WordPress.org Forums are specifically for people like yourself whose sites are not hosted by WordPress.com. You can ask your questions in that forum.
