403 When Uploading Themes/Plugins

  So, i’m trying to upload my themes to my wordpress, suddenly 403 error came out when i clicked the install button. Same things happened when i’m uploading plugins. But when my friends trying to upload it for me, he said it was no problem at all. We both using same username.
