My back page (admin) says 404, I cannot get in the page to correct it. The website was develop by a developer. I don’t think I have all the access to correct this situation. What can I do.

They have a separate support site https://wordpress.org/support/ and forums https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ where you can get help with this.

Hi there,
It looks like your developer might have changed the location of the login and admin pages for your site. This is not uncommon and one of the ways one can make it harder for someone to hack your site.
The WordPress.org forums will be able to give you some general advice on how you can determine what method the developer used to do this, and how to gain access. But unless you also have access to the hosting account for the site, you won’t be able to follow any of their suggestions.
So I suspect you’ll need to contact your developer directly for help with this.
