  The website is down and belongs to a domain in my organization and need to be able to access it again, to update the plugins, can you help me with this ?

  Thanks so much for getting in touch. Taking a look now, handyprosa.co.za is hosted on a separate self-hosting service.

  When I visit your site however, I can indeed see a critical error that’s preventing your site content from showing. Critical errors are often the result of a plugin or theme conflict, and it looks like the plugin causing trouble here is ‘g5-element’.

  What I’d recommend is to reach out to your site host directly on this, and they should be able to deactivate the plugin that’s causing trouble. You can then reach out to the plugin developers, to let them know that their plugin caused the error on your site.
