  My add-on domain andreahsu.com’s /wp-admin page is not found with a 404 error after I changed the url of the page. Is it possible to restore its old url without having to access the dashboard itself?

  If they say this is a WordPress issue, you’ll want to head to the WordPress.ORG forums at https://wordpress.org/support where you’ll find both documentation and users of your software.

  Just to clarify, you’ve posted to the community forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider.
