404 error, but post is still there

Hello,
I am having trouble with a 404 error I am getting when I click on the topic name of the posts in my blog. When you look at the blog as a whole, you see all the posts, when you click on it however, the 404 error is displayed.
I have tried re-installing the 2.7 files to no avail.
I did add a few plugins recently, but I also have another blog with the same plugins, theme, permalinks and everything else, but that blog works fine.
If anyone has any ideas, I would much appreciate the help.

In other words, this is the forum to support the hosted WordPress service available at http://www.wordpress.com, and not for queries relating to instances of WordPress hosted elsewhere. You need http://www.wordpress.org for that.

OK, so I screwed up by putting a post in here asking for some help. I apologize for offending everyone and I thank you all for helping to point that out. I tried looking around for a solution to my problem before I put a post up in here. I simply thought that maybe someone could help me out, but I guess we can just add another misstep to my list of faults.
I didn’t know I was being so intrusive and I promise to never do it again.
