404 Error can’t find the edited site on wordpress account

    The site was created With WordPress.com and was fully done and edited with elementor but is now unaccessable. This was the link previously used to access it http://box2269.temp.domains/~yamorimp/ . However, now when I try to access it I get a 404 error. Even when I log in to my wordpress admin page its asking me to create a new site.
