404 error – can't log into dashboard – moved home url

  Hello!
  I am working with http://www.mistycleaningservice.com/suffolk-nassau-cleaning-services/ which is a wordpress blog and I have moved the site or home url. This causes a 404 error on the login and the other pages have no css or template. I have looked through articles in the support that seem to have helped other people but are not helping me. I do not have FTP access, and I can not access the dashboard.
  I just want to reset the home and/or site url to http://www.mistycleaningservice.com/suffolk-nassau-cleaning-services/.
  Can I have some help with that please?
