“404 Error on Specific Pages – Need Help Resolving Issue”
-
Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my WordPress website, and I could really use some help. My client’s website (Dr Yasser Mehrez) is showing a “404 Page Not Found” error whenever I try to access specific pages or posts. I’ve already tried troubleshooting by resetting my permalinks, disabling plugins one by one, and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. My WordPress version is [insert version], and I’m using the [insert theme name] theme with the following plugins active: [list plugins if relevant]. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has suggestions for resolving this, I’d greatly appreciate your guidance. Thank you in advance for your time and support!

Hi there – the site you have there is not hosted here at WordPress.com. It’s referred to as a “self-hosted” WordPress website. Slightly different than the kind of WordPress environment you could have here. What you will want to do is present your question to the WordPress.org Community Support Forums. You might need to create an account over there before posting your question. Give that a try next.
Once you have this sorted out, if you’re curious about hosting your client’s website through WordPress.com reach back and let us know. We are temporarily offering free site migrations for sites that are already using WordPress. Check it out here.
I hope you are able to get that 404 issue resolved quickly and without too much more effort. :)
