404 Error when I try to open my WordPress Dashboard

  There is a 404 Error: too many redirects pop-up every time I try to reach my WordPress dashboard. I have restarted my computer and exited out of everything to try and do it again, but it happens every time. I am not very good with troubleshooting these technicalities so any help would be amazing. Thanks.
