404 error when logging in

    Hello

    I’m currently not able to access my website dashboard when logging in.
    After logging into my account I get a 404 error.
    Iv done some research and from what iv found I can fix this issue by resetting my permalinks via the WordPress dashboard. But I’m not able to access my website dashboard.
    I do have the WordPress app but it does not give me an option to reset my permalink.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
