404 error when saving a new entry

    I´m having this issue, I was writing a new entry, add some pictures and the saved, I´ve got the 404 error.

    Tried to fix it using the common solution but it didn´t work; I´ve found out that the entry will save if the entry has only text, once I add any image and try to save I got the 404 error, same happens with the <!–more–> tag, if it´s present the entry wont save.

    What can I do? Please some one help
