404 Errors and Russian characters

    Something is wrong with my website. Pages are not loading, my menu buttons all go to some weird site with russian letters. I have tried checking permalinks, resetting my site. What is going on? Is this a domain issue or a WordPress issue?

    Correct account: Yes
