404 Not Found blod not responding

  Hi,

  i have an urgent problem, my blog is not responding anymore since this morning, i do not know why :

  The back-office (https://smoukinettepanda.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) is still accessible and i can see my dashboard..

  Can you help me please? I’m totally lost…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For information,

  I made some test, if i removed my custom domain name and change back to the http://xxx.wordpress.com Url, the blog is responding.

  Is there a problem with the DNS Server or something like that?

  Hi!

  The domain smoukinettepanda.com was originally registered on 1/1/15 alongside a Premium bundle. However, the domain was then cancelled on 1/12/15 by your user account. When a domain is cancelled, it does not immediately become available again for registration. Since the domain was cancelled after a week past the registration date, it enters a period known as redemption. During this time, the domain is not available for regular registration, but it may be sold at auction to another user. You can read more about this process here:

  Since the domain was not immediately available for registration, your additional purchase on 1/12/15 for the domain mapping upgrade included only the mapping upgrade (not registration). This is only for users that already own the domain elsewhere. Since that upgrade will not work without the corresponding registration, I’ve refunded and removed your payment.

  Going forward, there are two options:

  1. I can contact the registrar and attempt to restore the domain to your account. To retrieve a domain from redemption, we are charged an $80 fee by the registrar so the cost of the domain would be $106 ($26 + $80).

  2. We can wait for the domain to become available again for regular renewal. This could take over a month or more. Unfortunately, we have no control over when it becomes available again.

  Hi,

  Thank you very much for your answer. I think i will wait because $106 is really too expensive…i know it’s not your fault.

  I will take back the domain name as soon as it’s available.
