404 not found error & can't access wp account

  I have been working on my setting up my site / blog:
  URL : http://coco-roco.com/wp
  Admin URL : http://coco-roco.com/wp/wp-admin/
  Now both pages are not found showing a 404 Not Found Error and I can’t access my admin account anymore.

  Can you someone please advise me?
