404 not found message in content part of webpage but all dropdown menu's work

My hamradio club main webpage running under Linux hosting with cPanel had the 404 page not found message appear in the content area, the theme is still in place and the drop down menu’s will take you to where it says, here is the url.

When in the cPanel main page it tells me I am logged in as secretary but when I click on the WordPress button it goes to the wordpress login page for members to access the members only page, if I try to login it tells me this

Alternatively, you can use a different browser (where you are not logged-in as ADMIN) to test the membership login.
Your normal visitors or members will never see this message. This message is ONLY for ADMIN user.
can you please help, I have been groping my way up till now so very much a beginner.

It looks like http://www.hbarc.org.au/gdblog/ is hosted by GoDaddy.com. WordPress.com forums can only offer support for blogs hosted on WordPress.com itself. Your question can be better answered at the WordPress.org forums here.
