404 on login or register

  I’ve got a lot of 404 pages on my 404 monitor. Looks like people want to join or register, but for some reason, they cannot. The links look like:
  http://nandblog.com/member/join.php
  http://nandblog.com/join.php
  http://nandblog.com/register.php
  http://nandblog.com/signup.php
  http://nandblog.com/forum/member/register
  None of the above ever existed, and according to Broken link checker, every link on my website exist. Has anyone any idea why this is happening? Are people typing these links by hand, or is this by some kind of a robot?
