404: Page Not Found?

  I’ve trying to make a blog with the hosting website “000webhost” and I’ve done everything as I should up until the point of Installing my wordpress. But when I type In web address, plus the Install link, like so “http://thedreamseekerphotography.wordpress.com/wp-admin/install.php” It comes to a 404: Page Not Found.

  Can I get some help on this matter please?.

  Also, to save some time, I’ve already done the following:

  $mysql_host = “mysql17.000webhost.com”;
  $mysql_database = “a6671336_******”;
  $mysql_user = “a6671336_******”;
  $mysql_password = “******”;

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are trying to install a site on and existing WordPress.COM site – no can do – the address: `thedreamseekerphotography.wordpress.com’ is specific to WordPress.COM and can’t be used on another site –

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM, this site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
