404 Page not Found despite not changing permalinks?

Hello, my email link to the blog post goes to 404 Page not Found. I can’t figure out how to fix it. The forums keep talking about resetting the permalinks to deafult but I don’t see it under settings. Where do I reset it to default? And is that even the problem? I didn’t change the permalink. Now all my post links go to Page Not Found. Thank you!
