404 page not found error

  I’m a completely new to blogging and settings. I was browsing through wordpress setup and I must have done something wrong with site URL and wordpress address URL setting because I got the above message about the page not found. I can’t even access my dashboard so I can’t change anything :-( Looks like I stopped existing.

  Hi
  Have you published any posts? By default, the front page of your blog is configured to display your latest posts. If you have not published any posts, then the front page of your blog will display a 404 – Not Found Error.
