404 page not found error. cannot upgrade jetpack. cannot access FTP.

  I have not updated my website in over a year and now cannot access my dashboard. Everything gives me a 404 page not found code. It said I need to update to jetpack 3.3 but takes me to the same 404 page not found. I have no idea how to get to my FTP section or how to use peripherals. Super frustrated!
