404 status code for ‘GET /users/_____________.org/wp-admin/auth-options

    beginning last weekend, I have not been able to access my non profit organization’s website due to error message of ‘access denied’. This has never happened to me and it has happened at the most inopportune time. I believe it may be due to the GET plugin installed on our website a couple of months ago that was expiring. Will someone please help me resolve this issue and gain access to my page? There’s not a phone number I can call for support?

    Please tell us which site you’re working on. We will get you pointed in the right direction for some help.

    I’ve looked over this account that you’re using here and there has not been any upgrades or purchases made. In order to use plugins on WordPress.com you would need to have purchased our business plan. This makes me think your site is running on the open source WordPress installation — that’s the other version of WordPress.
