Hello –
Thanks for writing to us. Sadly, it looks like your site does not use our managed hosting solutions from WordPress.com. This means we don’t have any access to provide much help.
Sites that run their own stand alone WordPress installation can get help from this forum, or through their hosting provider.
One of the biggest benefits of using our managed hosting solutions at WordPress.com, is that we give you the time needed to focus on content. Details like upgrades, security, mobile optimization, speed, are all built in by our team and you don’t have to worry about those things. Our hosting plans are listed here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
If you have any questions about what’s involved with moving your site to our service we would be happy to help you.

Yes, of course. It looks like you already have a free site address registered on the account here, and that’s the first step! It is 46labscouk.wordpress.com. That’s a free address that you can use to build the site on. Don’t worry about the address because once you connect the domain, that is what folks will see in their address bar on their browser, it’s what will show in search engines, and so forth. This is just a starting point to anchor the site on your account.
The next step is to build out your site and content. You can start from scratch or migrate the existing content over. We also have a team that specializes on doing this for you. That information is found on this page: https://wordpress.com/support/built-by-wordpress-com/
How we proceed from here is going to depend on if you choose our built in service linked above or if you want to DIY. Just write back and let us know once you’ve had some time to look at those details.

Hi there,
If you want to move your site from self-hosted to WordPress.com, you can follow the instructions on our support page here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
If you also want to still use your current domain once you transfer your site, you can follow the instructions here:
https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
Or you can keep the domain hosted where it is currently and utilize the mapping upgrade:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/connect-existing-domain/
Please take a look at our support instructions and let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
