  How about a plug-in for “40nuggets” and “ClickTale”? That would be the perfect business upgrade!

  – Clicktale is great for tracking and visualizing user behavior

  – 40nuggets is a good tool to improve conversions

  both can be implemeted on wordpress.org and it would be great to have them available for wordpress.com as well (just like google analytics is now available for .com users with business upgrade).

  Google Analytics is available to anyone if they want to do a painful workaround.

  Frankly, given the recent and PROFOUND downgrade of the stats page, I can’t see WP.com prioritizing things that give greater feedback on stats. And conversions per se are irrelevant to WP.com.
