429 Too Many Requests nginx

All of a sudden, pictures embedded in a post won’t be displayed anymore.
I see them in the editor but in the published post you’ll see the well know img box without content and when you click on it, you get this:
429 Too Many Requests
nginx
Any Ideas?

Hi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble loading images on your site. I checked your site just now and was not able to find a post with image issues. If you’re still having trouble with this, could you please share the link to the particular post so that we can take a look and troubleshoot?

Thanks aisajib.
The problem resolved itself.
However, I’d be happy if you’ll look at another problem.
My activity log shows a great number of failed logins for which I cannot account. The IPs for these attempts are always changing, so I suppose these are malicious attempts to get access. Is there anything I can do to prevent these attempts?
Cheers,
Michael -
Hi Michael,
First and foremost, I want to reassure you that there’s no need to worry. What you’re experiencing is quite common and, in fact, a sign that our security measures are effectively working. The changing IP addresses you’re noticing are indeed indications of attempted unauthorized access, but our systems are designed to recognize and prevent such malicious attempts, keeping your site safe.
Our platform employs robust security protocols that automatically detect and block suspicious activities like these. This means that while you might see these attempts in your log, they are being successfully thwarted by our security measures.
If you ever have any concerns or notice anything unusual, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to ensure your peace of mind and the security of your site.
