  I don’t remember signing up for this service and I was charged $48. Is there anyway to refund the $48 and cancel my service to this website?

  There’s a refund period of 30 days to receive a refund for your plan; you need to cancel it from the Manage Purchases section of your profile menu (the round icon top right of the screen). Check this help page where you can find all the information about it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
