$48 Charge – ToMyStarlings.com

  You charged $48 for ToMyStarlings.com on 12/14/2018. But when I go to ToMyStarlings.com, I get message, ‘Domain is parked’..

  Can you explain what $48 charge was for, and why I cannot access ToMyStarlings.com??

  Hi there,

  $48 was for the personal plan which included the renewal of tomystarlings.com. The domain is currently parked because it looks like back on 4/1 you canceled the domain on your end. Are you wanting the domain restored?

  Since I cancelled before 1 year mature date, can I get refund?

  Hi there,

  Our refund period on plans is 30 days.

  Refund a Purchase

  You paid for this plan in December, and only cancelled it in April. Not only is that long past 30 days, but it’s also past the point where we are able to process a late refund. There is literally no way we can refund that payment any more, as our payment processor does not allow us to refund charges beyond a certain time.

  We can still reactivate your domain, tomystarlings.com, and we can restore the Personal Plan to your account, so you can continue using it, but a refund is no longer an option at this time.
