48 Hour Cancel Domain Help

I understand that there is a 48 hour window to cancel register domains, and that the cancellation can be done through the dashboard. However, the domain I attempted to register was not available (perhaps because of the gap in time between filling out the form and actually paying for it?) Anyways, I would like to cancel that domain for a refund of the charges while I decide on a new name but the cancel link is not available since it never really registered. What can I do?

You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard, or contact support Staff to request a refund.

As you contacted Staff previously within the time frame allowed they will get back to you and you will get a refund. You don’t need to file a support ticket.
