48 hours with no access to my blog

I last posted on Dec 30th during the day with no problem. I went back later that evening and all I get is the white screen with the blue W circle. I’ve cleaned out temporary internet files. I’ve cleaned out cookies. I’ve restarted my computer. I’ve restarted my browser. (Multiple times) I ran virus scan and malware. I’ve rechecked my settings on my computer so that everything from wordpress.com is supposed to be allowed. My multiple other sites work. I’ve reset my router. I’ve tried to access it from 3 different laptops and my smartphone. I’ve let it sit on the white screen for 8 hours and nothing happens. I’ve refreshed. I’ve force refreshed. I’ve done everything I know to do and wordpress.com will not allow me to “Write”, view “my sites”, view “my reader”. I can see if someone comments to a post of mine and can respond to them using the little bell on the top right corner. But that’s it. I posted here yesterday…still no one has helped. I checked all your checklists to see if there was an outage or if it was me…it told me that it was me. I’ve done everything I know to do. I’ve been here on this particular blog for 11 months. I’ve never had a problem before this. I’m disappointed. I’m upset. And, honestly, I am angry. Please help me….someone. I’ve checked the forum for months back and I don’t see any solutions to my problem. What is wrong? What is going on? How do I fix it?

Still having trouble. Can’t see “reader” or go to “enhanced editor”. Can someone please help me?

Are you using the My Site/Calypso dashboard or wp-admin? I find wp-admin more useable if you’ve got browser/internet connection issues.

I can use wp-admin, but the other is much easier and better and I can’t get into it. I can post with wp-admin, but I’d like to use the other. It won’t load. I have no internet issues.

Personally I prefer wp-admin but if you’re getting a white screen and a big W it’s almost certainly an issue with your browser. Which one are you using? I’d try a different one just to check or follow some of the instructions here:-

Thank you for your help. I’ve finally got it to work on my older laptop. I’m going to try to figure out still what’s going on with my main laptop. I am able to post now. Thank you so much for helping me.
