$49.00 UPGRADE FEE.

    Dear WordPress.com;
    Some months ago I had put into my (Pay-Pal) Account $50.00 to cover the expenses for my (15GB) up-grade. That money was available until last week during the week of October 9 – 15, 2011. For reasons unknown you have provided me an (up-grade) of my journal of (15GB) for those months of which I have been writing on my journal. In that time I used about (6GB) of space for my journal entries of which I now have about (900) journal entries. That money was available to WordPress.com. It was not my fault that WordPress.com refused to collect that money from my (Pay-Pal) account services since I have already used (6GB) of my (Up-grade) which I had paid for months ago. According to the message that I recieved from WordPress.com the transaction had recently failed in it’s process of collecting the funds which I had placed into my (Pay-Pal) account many months ago. That money which I was to pay for my (15GB) of more space with my journal for WordPress.com was available and WordPress.com refused to collect those money funds from my (Pay-Pal) account within a timely manner. Which made me believe WordPress.com was refusing to collect those ($50.00) of funds in my (Pay-Pal) account. Since I have already used about (6GB) of my
    (Up-Grade) services which I had funded my (Pay-Pal) account of the amount of ($50.00) how would I expect that WordPress.com would come to me many months later after my (Pay-Pal) account was waiting for WordPress.com to withdraw those (Up-Grade) funds for my (15GB) of Up-Grade Space. I have at that time written to WordPress.com
    that I was placing the funds of ($50.00) into my (Pay-Pal) account from which my Journal could recieve (15GB) of more space so I could do my writings. It was not my (FAULT). Since several months have gone by when I placed those funds of ($50.00) into my (Pay-Pal) account I used my (Pay-Pal) account to buy (flower bulbs) from a company that mails plants and flower bulbs to their customers at (50%) Off the regular price. I purchased through my (Pay-Pal) account the ($50.00) worth of Flower Bulbs which was at (50%) Off the regular price. That is what happened to my funds of ($50.00) which I placed into my (Pay-Pal) account several months ago that was suppose to be collected at the time of (DEPOSIT) which I placed ($50.00) into my (Pay-Pal) account to pay for (15GB) of extra Journal Space with WordPress.com…. Since if you insist that I should pay for my (15GB) of extra Journal Space which I had already used about (6GB) of that (15GB) of WordPress.com Journal (Up-Grade) I could pay those funds in the Beginning of November when I recieve my S.S.I. Social Security Disability benefits which I recieve only once a month at the beginning of the month of each month. Since I have already used about (6GB) of my (15GB) of (Up-Grade) Journal Space for my writings it would only be to the best interest of myself that I would pay those funds of ($50.00) into my (Pay-Pal) internet account services. This is a very bad way that I should need to write you this letter because you have waited several months to collect those ($50.00) worth of funds from my (Pay-Pal) account when only (2 weeks) ago I believed you was not going to collect those ($50.00) worth of (Pay-Pal) funds after that ($50.00) was sitting into my account for several months while I had already used (6GB) of the (15GB) of Journal (Up-Grade) space of which I had payed for by (Pay-Pal) several months ago.
    Sincerely;
    Kevin S. I. Bruce

    PSS: If you would provide me the time of (November 3rd) 2011 to put money of the ammount of ($50.00) into
    my (Pay-Pal) account services then the (6GB) that I have already used from the (15GB) of services (UpGrade)
    that I originally paid for in the ammount of ($50.00) would pay for the rest of my (15GB) which I have originally
    Purchased several months ago which WordPress.com refused to (COLLECT) in a timely manner. Thank-You.

  • Here’s what I see happened:

    June 7: Purchased 15 GB Space upgrade for http://kevbru7171.wordpress.com/

    June 8: Purchased 15 GB Space upgrade for http://whistler17.wordpress.com/

    June 11: Requested and received refund for 15 GB Space upgrade on http://kevbru7171.wordpress.com/

    So, what we have on your account here is that you have paid $49.97 for a 15 GB space upgrade on http://whistler17.wordpress.com/ to expire June 8, 2012.

    We withdrew your funds as soon as the order was placed, but you requested one of those to be refunded four days later, so one charge of $49.97 was returned, and the $49.97 charge for http://whistler17.wordpress.com/ remained.

    I’m not sure what you want us to do with that, your post above is rather unclear.
