5 days my notification page will not appear?

5 days i have been searching for an answer , my notification page will not appear.you click the bell and nothing happens & the bell keeps changing to a box & then back to a bell but nothing works

When you have no upgrades, the “contact support” form is automagically posted to the Community Forums. There is a notice there that says something along the lines of “Let our Community know” or somesuch.
Regardless, as raincoaster mentioned, please let us know what browser and version you are using. We’ll try to help you out if we can.

i don’t see a way to answer you raincoaster .there’s no reply box on your comment…i clicked your link and it’s similar yes, and thank-you.. i will look through the whole thing.

Are you replying by email? If so, there should be a link at the bottom of the email that says “View Forum Topic”. Click on that and you will be taken to your thread in the Community forums.

justjennifer, thank-you.. i’m computer illiterate.. all i know is i am using google chrome but i even tried internet explorer and they are exactly the same….i found something on google that said xp has no windows support, so things stop working, whatever that means… & i think i have xp, but i also tried a computer that has 8 , that i don’t know how to use but the same thing.. no notifications appear

no i am not replying at all , i can’t…but i never ever use the email. i am just talking about the box or bell at the top of the computer
