5 emails sent from one form submission.

  Hello,

  When someone fills out the Form on my website and hit submit, I receive 5 emails.

  The contact form works fine, one submission = one email.

  However, when the “Form” form is submitted, one submission = 5 emails.

  Any and all help would be appreciated.
