5 hours in, still no mail from wordpress.com

  So 5 hours ago I set up a new blog om wordpress.com. During setup it asked an email address so I entered it and got on with my regular work, waiting for the confirmation mail. After some time I started the editor and wrote a little page. Then I realised I hadn’t checked my mail… And like I stated in the title, still no mail!

  What’s up, wordpress.com? Don’t you like my mail? Do you have a grudge towards email addresses from a google for education account?

  Any thoughts on how long I’ll have to wait?
  PS. funny button underneath this field: Notify me of followup posts… via e-mail! I wonder!
