  I updated to 5.0 now everything looks too different.. I don’t know how to use it anymore
  it has a lot of coding now

  Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
