    You mention that you have a page on Facebook. If you look at the web page with details on Publicize, it mentions that you cannot use a Page-only FB account. For Publicize, you have to log in to a Facebook personal account — before you do that, make that person’s FB account be able to Manage the desired Page. As part of the Publicize-FB connection, you’ll be asked which page Publicize should use.

    Also, if you already are using a Facebook personal account, switch it back to view your default page before trying to set up Publicize. There might be a problem if you’re in Page-view mode.

    Here is where it says that we cannot use a Pages-only account:

    @laserexpress
    RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti can be used for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination.
