500 error- can't access WP-admin to fix
-
Business tier site (the top, allowing plugins). Writesquire.com.
While testing a “code snippet” plugin entry, the 500 error appeared. I can’t get to the link in the JetPack dashboard for personalized help. I tried deactivating the Codes Snippet plugin from within the iOS WordPress app, but that too refuses to cooperate. The toggle switch simply jumps back to on. I’d dearly appreciate a link or eMail to access the Business level help.
The entry which I know killed the site = the one within Code Snippets to insert a Pinterest-related code. Can a pro go in and just kill that portion outright?
Please and thank you.
