500 error contact server administrator

  I am getting a 500 error from the server when I try to access my admin or website via wordpress. I can’t FTP into the server because its on wordpress. I also don’t have the technical skills to really do that. I wrote wordpress help but haven’t heard back. Can anyone please help me with a solution?
