500 internal error

    hi, I have had this problem on the site since early December and I have contacted host site and they say its not a problem their end so I think its a problem with a plug in on the WordPress template site? I can’t change a thing, admin site is unavailable so can’t get to the error report
    help!
    this is the message

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
