500 Internal Error After Plug-in Update

Hello! There was a plug-in update and now my website and wp-admin keeps getting the 500 Internal Error page. I messaged with the AI bot and got this; “that suggests the error might be preventing you from accessing your dashboard properly. Since this started after a plugin update and is causing a critical site error”
When on my /sites page and go to Plugins -> Manage Plugins there is nothing listed. So I can’t even try anything from that angle.
I am not a paying member so I cannot simply have their human team fix it. What do I do?!
