Hi @u2hearts, that site is not on our servers, but can you check with iPage? They may be able to see something in the logs. You can then search for that error or ask for help in the forums for self-hosted WordPress sites:

I should explain it say s 500 internal server error nothing really else. it happened right after a plug in I tried to activate. what I meant was evertime I try to go to dashboard or even deactivate the plug in ANYTHING on the dashboard I get the error message

THIS IS WHAT I GET and I don’t know how to deactivate the plugins to get back on my site.

Hi again u2hearts. Your site isn’t hosted here. It’s hosted by iPage. Can you try getting in touch with them?
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
They should help you find logs to solve the problem. And if you need more help, instead of using the forums for sites hosted here, you’ll want to search the forums at wordpres.org/support .
