500 Internal Server Error
-
This is my site: quantumics.net
I installed a custom plugin which broke the site. Now it’s saying 500 internal server error. Also, I’ve never used FTP client to access my site. So I don’t know my FTP credentials.
NOTE: This is a site built on WordPress cloud/host. I used the wordpress cloud site(not built locally anywhere apart from on wordpress.com)
Please how do I sort this out?

Hey there @professorbashorun just letting you know that if you have installed plugins on your WordPressdotcom website, that means you also have access to direct support by LiveChat or email when you post to the form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact as long as you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade.
If you do contact Support directly for this issue, please let us know so we can remove the tag for Staff assistance here in the forum. Thanks.

Hi –
No worries, we will get you sorted. As justjennifer mentioned, that business plan gives you access to our live chat support team 7 days per week. It’s going to be the fastest way for you to get help. We are happy to help from the forums. Being asynchronous by nature, though, it takes a little longer.
To access live chat support go here:
https://wordpress.com/help/contact/You won’t have FTP access for a WordPress.com business site. It’s not the exact same as running your own WordPress installation because we are on a managed environment.
My suggestion is to disable the plugin that caused your error, to get the site back up and running. Then reach us on live chat support to sort out the rest.
