500 Internal Server error

I manage the website stdominicparish.ca which is created with WordPress. I went into the settings ‘General’ area of the site and changed the following
Changed website url from stdominicparish.ca to stdominicparish.ca/homepage
I now get a 500 Internal Server error and am unable to login to the site to change back these settings.
How do I fix this or can someone on your end fix that setting and then I am off to the races?
