500 Internal Server Error

I admin this website. Recently, the elementor editor stopped loading and we couldn’t make edits. Some help forums pointed us in the direction of upping the available memory for the web server. We followed the steps to add a line of code to the .htaccess file.
This resulted in a 500 internal server error and now we cannot login to the dashboard or editor. We really need someone to help us address this. We are unable to SSH into the site as credentials were not set up for that.
The AI chatbot was honestly terrible. It doesn’t retain information in conversations and is unable to actually connect you to a human support agent. It tells you it will but if you call the bot out on it, it admits it lied to you. Terrible programming. Anyway end rant. If someone from wordpress support could look at this it would be greatly appreciated.
