500 Internal Server Error

  I changed the permalink for my website (atstudios.ca) in the general settings and then when I tried to change it back I got this message” The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

  Apache Server at atstudios.ca Port 80″

  I can’t access my wp login. My htacess seems to be the issue but I’m not sure how to resolve it. I created a php.ini file but still doesn’t work.

  Help!
