500 Internal Server Error

  Internal Server Error

  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Please contact the server administrator at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

  Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  That post does not apply to our site. Our site thinkinkpr.com/ithinkink is not hosted elsewhere confirmed by godaddy. ONLY our homepage is hosted there. The blog portion was set up through wordpress.com and is not hosted anywhere else. Therefore we need support from this forum.

  I searched Google’s cache for site:ithinkink.wordpress.com
  and found this cached copy

  I have no idea what is going on here so I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.   b) http://thinkinkpr.com/ is not hosted by WordPress.com

  c) http://thinkinkpr.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com http://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=thinkinkpr.com
  then, you are in the wrong forum and (maybe) you should ask in the GoDaddy support

  I checked your account and found you have a Site Redirect to “thinkinkpr.com/ithinkink”, so, your WordPress.com address, which is “ithinkink.wordpress.com”, is redirecting users to “thinkinkpr.com/ithinkink”. Here is more information about the Site Redirect upgrade:

  That means the site at “thinkinkpr.com/ithinkink” is not hosted at WordPress.com, but at another host service. I suggest you get in touch with GoDaddy to see if there is any setup for subdirectories in your account.

  Hi carinapilar – Yes, exactly so that means that the issue is coming from wherever thinkinkpr.com/ithinkink is hosted and NOT ithinkink.wordpress.com ?

  Exactly @ithinkink. If we delete the Site Redirect your site will be back at “ithinkink.wordpress.com”, then hosted at WordPress.com. But right now, it’s pointing to another place, which is hosted somewhere else.
