500 Internal Server Error

I am trying to get my site up and running and in the process of udating everything one by one the entire site went invisible, I can nether go to the back or front end anymore.
What must I do!? Can something be done?
The web address is; danniell.brown.certifiedhelper.com and I realize that my older site is back up, the one that gives me little or no plugin access which is: https://danniellbrown1300514.wordpress.com/Can somebody please shed some light on me over here! Please.

danniell.brown.certifiedhelper.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com, not by wordpress.com.That site is not on our servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
