500 Internal Server Error

  My website is http://www.uniteplanet.com and I have been trying to use the admin function to add/change my website but I keep getting an error. I have now gone to have a look at the website to see what visitors will see and as soon as you click to look at something it will come up again with the same error. Please can you help me?
